Special Interests
While respecting a writer’s sensibility, I help him or her put together a manuscript that achieves balance and unity while taking the reader on a journey. On the level of finer editing, I gain special enjoyment in aiding a poet to delete what weighs a poem down, to find that word or phrase that makes a poem fly lightly on its wings.
